Front Desk Personnel

The Front Desk and Call Center Specialists are critical parts of our team and to the overall success of our practice. We truly believe you are the face of Wise Center for Plastic Surgery. You will not only be responsible for the intake of inquiries that come to the practice daily, but you will be responsible for providing superior customer service when greeting new and existing patients to the office, handling their inquiries, and walking them through their entire experience at Wise Center. We expect that you will handle all inquiries, over the phone and in person, with great compassion, gentleness, and caring. Time management, organizational, and technological skills are required. How do you see yourself fitting into this role?

Surgical Technologist

The Surgical Technologists at Wise Center have a unique employee experience. Not only do you assist Dr. Wise with amazing, state-of-the-art facial and reconstructive procedures in a Joint Commission Accredited office, you also assist Dr. Wise and patients with a host of other cosmetic and hair restoration procedures. You must be caring and compassionate, as you will have a one-on-one experience with each patient. You must also be highly qualified and certified for this position. Medical Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to join our Wise Center for Plastic Surgery team, a Joint Commission Accredited office . As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations for both the surgical and non-surgical. If you have a passion for helping others and possess the necessary medical knowledge and skills, we would love to hear from you. Dermatology or plastics experience a plus!
