Anthony Orlando

Director of Human Resources and Operations

Anthony brings extensive experience in HR leadership and guidance, employee assistance and training, recruitment and retention, and organizational/operational planning to Wise Center for Plastic Surgery. 

He has extensive background and experience working with many prominent physician practices and hospitals in the tri-state area and enjoys using his creativity in the workplace. Anthony is also a professor of literature and writing and loves teaching in academia. He enjoys spending time with his family, skiing in the winter, and relaxing on the beach in the summer.

Mayra Crespo

DNP, FNP-C

Mayra is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in aesthetics and plastic surgery. She completed her master’s and doctoral degrees from Rutgers University, with high honors. Additionally, she is a seasoned licensed cosmetologist with 15+ years of experience in all things beauty, hair and skincare. 

Mayra’s focus is providing effective cosmetic treatments that enhance and complement her patients’ unique features and goals. She specializes in using advanced injectables (such as BOTOX®, fillers, and Sculptra®), skincare, lasers, and non-invasive cosmetic procedures of the face and body. In addition, Mayra is a certified trainer in injectable treatments. She is also highly experienced in treating and customizing treatments for skin of all ethnicities. 

Outside of the office, Mayra is a foodie, enjoys traveling and teaching.

Holly Ruiz

Licensed Esthetician

Holly joined Wise Center for Plastic Surgery in 2021. As a licensed esthetician, Holly has 15 years of skincare experience and a passion for her craft that, coupled with her medical background, brings a unique perspective to her patient care. 

Holly stays on top of trends and educates herself on the latest developments in skincare in order to assist each patient with a warm and caring approach. She is dedicated to helping her patients achieve their aesthetic goals by developing a personalized skincare program for optimal results. 

Holly specializes in HydraFacials™, SaltFacials®, customized facials, VI peels, and Enlighten™ peels, among a variety of other customized treatments. Holly is also a certified CoolSculpting® specialist. She is a proud mother of two boys and enjoys spending downtime with her family.

Diane Lyons

Patient Care Coordinator

Diane has more than 15 years of experience in patient services, facial plastic surgery, and non-surgical rejuvenation. Diane has worked with prominent plastic surgeons throughout Manhattan and brings unparalleled knowledge and passion to the Wise Center. 

Diane has worked with Dr. Wise for the past seven years and has helped make the Wise Center the prestigious practice that it is today. Known for her compassionate understanding, Diane helps guide patients through the facial rejuvenation decision making process to ensure their aesthetic concerns and desires are achieved. 

She ensures the comfort of our patients every step of the way, from the initial phone call to the surgery day and beyond. In her spare time, Diane loves to travel and explore new places; when she is not traveling, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs.

Kara Russo

Patient Care Coordinator

Kara has more more than 20 years of experience in the medical field, with nine years exclusively in cosmetic plastic surgery and hair restoration. 

She brings positive energy, exceptional customer service, and kindness to the care of each of her hair restoration patients. She ensures their experience is pleasant every step of the way, from the consultation room to post-procedure care. 

Kara also holds numerous certifications for aesthetic treatments and has a well-rounded understanding of all aspects of surgical and non-invasive procedures. In her leisure time, Kara enjoys spending time outdoors and hanging out with her four-legged sidekick, Gunnar.

Ashley Abenante

Patient Care Coordinator

Ashley, one of our Med Spa Patient Care Coordinators, brings years of experience as a Director of Patient Care in California to her role. She is known for being driven, compassionate, and caring, earning the admiration of both colleagues and patients. 

With expertise in skincare services and products, Ashley is dedicated to assisting patients in achieving their treatment objectives, guaranteeing exceptional service for all. 

Outside of work, she enjoys going to Pilates, raising her young daughter, and spending time with her family and friends.

Jaclyn Manzi

Patient Care Coordinator

Jaclyn is one of our Patient Care Coordinators and works alongside Mayra and Holly for the Wise Med Spa. Serving as your initial point of contact, she will guide you through the consultation setup process and provide insight on each treatment and service offered. Her extensive knowledge allows her to offer guidance on procedures to prepare you for a productive consultation. 

Jaclyn’s outgoing and approachable nature allows her to build strong connections with patients, making her a valuable representative of the practice. Having turned her personal skin challenges into a driving force to assist others and achieve remarkable outcomes, Jaclyn is passionate about her work. 

When not in the office, she enjoys cross-fit training and spending quality time with her friends and family, especially her two sons.

Julie Albanese

Practice and Operations Manager

As our practice and operations manager, Julie is the first point of contact for many, setting the tone for a seamless patient experience. In addition to helping manage incoming leads, Julie also handles billing and scheduling while providing endless support to the patients.

With more than 10 years of experience in plastic surgery and medical aesthetics, Julie brings a wealth of knowledge to the Wise Plastic Surgery Team. She understands how meaningful it is to provide our patients with support, guidance, and comfort in addition to explaining procedures, answering questions, and offering personalized attention to detail during such an important journey.

In her free time, she enjoys painting, soaking up the sun at her family's beach house during the summer, and skiing down snowy slopes in the wintertime.

Suzanne Feasenmeyer

Surgical Coordinator

Suzanne has been with Dr. Wise’s team for over 16 years and currently serves as the practice’s Surgical Coordinator. Sue began her career as a surgical technologist and has extensive knowledge and experience in the field of facial plastics and aesthetic medicine.

In her current role, Sue, through her personal and empathetic approach, is an expert in preparing patients for surgery, assisting in surgical procedures, and coordinating pre-op and post-op care to ensure that all patients have an exceptional overall experience.

Additionally, Sue serves as the clinical supervisor and spearheads the Joint Commission accreditation process, guaranteeing the highest standards of patient care. When not in the office Sue enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, and gardening. She is also fond of spending quality time with her family and friends.

Nicole Calicchio

Marketing and Social Media Director

As the Marketing Director for Wise Center for Plastic Surgery, Nicole manages all marketing and social media tasks. After earning a marketing degree from East Stroudsburg University, where her passion for business blossomed, she began her career. At her previous job as a Marketing Director and Social Media Manager, she learned the ins and outs of social media and digital marketing. 

Nicole curates engaging content with her keen eye for trends and storytelling abilities that ensure our social media platforms remain lively and captivating. 

In her free time, Nicole loves going to the gym, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
